Richie has a knack for taking a "I don't want to be here party, to a LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED party." The first time I met him at one of his gigs, I couldn't believe that he was actually singing. I thought he was lip syncing! He gets so much pleasure out of getting his friends up and dancing, Richie is a true crooner from the fifties, but also versatile enough to belt out the songs for all generations to enjoy! I have hired Richie for over ten years, and he has never disappointed!

Per the request of some friends, I went to see Richie at a local bar a few years back. I didn't know what to expect but had just an incredible time! The dance floor was packed as he played a range of songs from Frank Sinatra to Led Zeppelin and even a fantastic version of Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk." A few years ago, my oldest daughter was getting married and wanted Richie to sing at her wedding. Again, from the older folks to the younger crew, the dance floor was packed all night....even with relatives and friends who never dance. If you're looking for a great night out or hosting an event, I can't recommend Richie Shep more. You'll be happy AND tired from all that dancing!
